1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SkyShopper, a price-comparison application accessible at goskyshopper.com and as an installable web app ("SkyShopper", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using SkyShopper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SkyShopper.

2. What SkyShopper is — and is not

  • process payments or take orders;
  • hold inventory or fulfil purchases;
  • act as an agent for any airport, retailer, brand, or duty-free operator.

Any "wishlist" or "mark as bought" feature is a personal organisational tool for your own reference only. It does not create any order, reservation, or purchase, and does not involve us in any transaction between you and a retailer.

3. Accuracy of prices and information

Prices, discounts, product details, and availability shown in SkyShopper are indicative and for general guidance only. They are gathered from third-party sources (including airport/duty-free websites and Indian retail sources) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, regionally different, or unavailable at the point of sale.

You acknowledge that:

  • actual prices, taxes, duties, currency conversions, and availability at an airport or store may differ from what SkyShopper shows;
  • duty-free eligibility, allowances, and customs limits depend on your route, nationality, and applicable law, and are your responsibility to verify;
  • SkyShopper does not guarantee that any product shown is actually in stock or sold at a given location.

You should always confirm the final price and details directly with the retailer before making a purchase decision. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information in SkyShopper.

4. Your account

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You must be at least [18] years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use SkyShopper for any unlawful purpose;
  • scrape, copy, or harvest data from SkyShopper at scale, or attempt to extract our database;
  • interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to SkyShopper or its systems;
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to compromise other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

SkyShopper, its design, software, and compiled content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Product names, brand names, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only. Nothing in SkyShopper grants you any right to use any third-party trademark.

You may use SkyShopper for your own personal, non-commercial travel-planning use.

7. Third-party content and links

SkyShopper references third-party products, retailers, and sources. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, websites, prices, or products. Any dealings you have with a retailer are solely between you and that retailer.

8. Disclaimers

SkyShopper is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (to the extent permitted by law) any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that SkyShopper will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that information will be accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on prices or information in SkyShopper, your inability to use SkyShopper, or any purchase decision you make.
